It's a lovely property is you want to go on a fishing trip. If you're going to Oxford to attend a football game, it's too far out, IMO. This would be a perfect place for a bunch of guys to stay for a weekend vacation.

We stay at Hamptons often. This one was dirty and in the need of an update. The hotel clerk was on her cell phone when we arrived and oblivious that we were even there. We will continue to stay at Hamptons, but will pass this one by.
