Front desk Dakota was amazing! She went beyond her duties to help me with my requests! All the staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel was well kept, a few areas were worn (elevator was not finished & seemed old) Breakfast was a pleasant buffet, with a good selection of hot & cold items. Location has easy access to the highway but the room was quiet. A/C on off was a little noisy. Over all a nice hotel with great staff!

We needed a dog friendly, comfortable and safe place to stay. We found it at the Hampton Inn in Batesville, Mississippi. My only suggestion would be to put an AC with humidifier in the rooms. Our stay was 4 nights and the room seemed to be a bit damp with little air flow

Our air conditioner did not work we were miserable we addressed the issue and they did not do anything abouy it until we addressed it again hours later when we got back late that night and they tried to reset it and still did not cool the room

SMELLS!

This hotel SMELLS! There are signs about it being a smoke free establishment, but you can tell the smell is in the walls in the room and especially in the lobby and hallways after you get past the air freshener scents they are trying to use to mask it in the lobby. Stay somewhere else, don’t waste your money.
