The room was offered without a key. When we requested a room with a working key, we were upgraded to a room with dirty linens, a non-functional TV and unprofessional staff. We reserved for 3-nights, but left after 1 horrific night. We will never stay at Ecolodge again.

Floor was filthy. Electrical wires hanging out. Unfinished ceiling in bathroom. Everything in room looked filthy, tv, microwave and refrigerator. Was so bad I left the room with another night payed for.
