We had a single King-bed/ non-smokers room that was neat & clean; shower was hot; breakfast was adequate but nothing to go out of your way for! Well worth the sleep on the long-haul from Dallas, Tx., to Pagosa Springs, CO.!

There are so many wonderful restaurants and stores near by! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredible (Rhianna is awesome!) We would definitely stay again!

"Wonderful history here, it’s fun to go all around and see the people who have stayed here over the many years as well as films and shows that had scenes here. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space in the rooms. Window air conditioner kept things nice and cool. The location was the best however not much stays open past like 4pm on a Saturday. But nice to walk the old buildings. "
