Comfortable and Relaxing

Excellent stay- Wonderful staff and close to the airport with great shuttle service. Super comfy bed, quiet and clean. Nice "farm to table" restaurant on the premises.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here, and rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was wonderful! It looked like it would be easy to order food if we wanted something from the restaurant portion of the hotel. Our only minor complaints were that the pool water was a bit on the chilly side while we were there, and there are no microwaves in the rooms.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was food pieces under the bench, very dusty under here also. The beds were very lumpy and the fitted sheets didn’t fit on the bed, I could see the stained mattress showing. The sheets fell off at the headboard when we sat in the beds. Our phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t call to get more blankets or anything. The charging ports on the table also did not work. I let the woman at the front desk know of our issues and all I got was a “I’ll be sure to let them know”

Room temperature dropped to 65 degrees. I went to call front desk, phone did not work. Called from my cell and was asked to pack up room and go to front desk to get a new room. Fortunately the maintenance tech had better customer service skills than the front desk. He very nicely insisted on going to front desk and getting new room and keys for me. The rooms are run down and not in great shape. The heating issue for this room so not sure why they’d book anyone in that room. Disappointing say!

The hotel is convenient to the highway. The restaurant is excellent. Nice to have the free coffee in the morning. The staff are all very nice and friendly. However, it is not walkable to anything.
