Hotel looked like it should be in the middle of a 3rd world country. Trash all over the place, although, this probably wasn't all the hotels fault, but glass broken all throughout the parking lot. Room was updated and clean, but it def. needed a "deep clean"...black stuff on the bathroom ceiling and bottle cap was found under sink..had it been swept? Someone was smoking weed "somewhere" as it wafted into our room in the early morning hours. Staff was very friendly though. Overall, we didn't pay too much for the room because of the few hours we were going to be there, but I wouldn't spend more than 1 night here again.

I booked this hotel for my family and I right down the block from a family function we were attending to avoid drinking and driving. Once checked in, my Sisters helped us bring our things upstairs to avoid double trips and before we entered the room, the room phone was ringing. The front desk clerk told us we had to leave because 5 people were in the room. I tried to explain the additional 2 people with us were just helping bring our things upstairs and leaving but he wouldn’t hear it. The police were eventually called because we didn't feel it was fair that we were trying to be responsible by not drinking and driving and now we either wing it and drive home, or sleep in a parking lot until we were good to drive because all nearby hotels were completely booked for the night. Ultimately, they didn't want us on the property and the police couldn't do anything about it so we were forced to stay in the car on the McDonalds parking lot next door for a few hours until it was safe for us to drive home. WORSE EXPERIENCE I’VE BEEN THROUGH AT A HOTEL IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!

I DID NOT like this hotel at all. Everything was out of order, the elevator, vending and atm machines. It smelled like cigarettes and the room was dirty. The bathtub was disgusting and the bathroom door was broken it wouldn't even close. It was a very heavy traffic of people who were very loud. It seemed more like a rooming house rather than a hotel. I did not feel safe at all and DO NOT stay tbis hotel at all. The staff was rude and no help and they did not tefund me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

The environment was rough. We encountered people that was doing drugs and the hallways smelled of marijuana. They were people hanging around the parking lot. The floors had visible hair on it the bathroom looked like it had dried blood on the wall. People were walking the halls all night dog barking just very low standard only 2 towels were in the room

Cops were outfront as soon as i got to the property. Doors get locked at night so u have no free roam.

Quick check in but my room the bed sheets were dirty. All the towels were dirty. The phone was broke and the trash wasn't emptied. First and last time staying here

The smell is horrible in this « hotel » especially in the elevator where it’s really hard to because of strong cigarette smell. Once in our room in the second floor, we couldn’t have peace because of all the noise coming from the room above. There were probably children playing above us, running and jumping ans all the noise crossed the til our room. In the room, no iron, no hair dryer and the fridge is a junk. We were concerned about our food that we brought and called the front desk to notify that the fridge wasn’t working. After checking it, the first there were no technicians on , then promised to replace with the fridge that is in the office. 2 hours later at 11pm he still didn’t show up ans we ended up throwing our food in the trash in the morning because it was spoiled. This is the last rime my family and I ever check in to a Red roof inn and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all to anyone.
