My ocean view suite was NOT ocean view as advertised. Went to front desk and they said that is the 3rd partys fault because they advertise how they want. The only ocean view rooms are called ocean front. They did nothing about it just told me to contact who I booked thru. Travelocity did nothing not even got back to me.

My son loved the pools and while I didn’t get to take advantage of the tiki bar how fun! Pocahontas Breakfast spot was on point as well. In walking distance of everything!

Great trip here as usual but couple issues

We stay here, or the sister hotel Hilton Beach Club, often. We enjoy them! This trip I did have a few small things. 1st we paid to have a room with a nice huge balcony so we could eat or sit out & enjoy the beach view, but this time there was ZERO furniture or chairs. Weird! So we couldn’t go sit or really enjoy it. Others higher and all around us had chairs & our friends all had chairs. Second, ran into an issue with valet upon check out. We talked to them & reported it in evening that we would need car around 5:15am, so they could pull it around & park out front then, since valet opens 7am. Assured us they would. Im down with all our stuff & my little kids needing to hit road ASAP to make it home & no car, no one at front desk, etc. I messaged, I looked around. Eventually some worker happened to come by & after some effort got our car, but it delayed us over 20-25 mins, which made us late. Really frustrating when you pay daily & did what they asked you to do, and end up late to get home. Otherwise, we enjoyed our trip. Clean & nice as usual. We will come again for sure, just a lil off and disappointed a bit this time.

Not the greatest hotel stay

2nd night in, no water, turned into no Hot water. The elevator broke down, my step daughter was stuck in the elevator until someone came and got her out. The bed was uncomfortable. Parking is a block away, the area where you drive your car into, to check in is small and always congested. Very ackward to leave your car there while you unload and likely no space to even pull in there to unload the bags. I will likely never stay here again, I will look for something else.

The exterior and interior of the property looked amazing. The staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff were able to assist with our stay. We received gifts for Valentine’s Day. Our stay was safe. Love the pool area and outside seating. We will book again.

The only complaint I had isn’t about the hotel itself but the surrounding areas. A lot of shops weren’t signed correctly and have outdated ones. My brother and I walked about 15-40 minutes from our hotel to two separate boba shops. One was closed and the other was completely shut down despite advertising that it was still in business on Apple Maps. Despite that the staff, ppl in general, and the shops that were accessible were great!
