The staff were very nice, and I liked the shuttle bus service. The ryokan was clean and excellent to use. The dinner was fancy, but it did not taste very good for the price.

Negiya Ryofukaku
Spa was wonderful. Got a shiatsu massage afterward dinner in our traditional Japanese room with tatami mats, futon, resting area, view of bamboo forest and private onsen. It was magical!
