My family's suggestion would be that when you're traveling with minor children and you need to walk through the casino to get to the buffet, is that they ask if you're a member. Instead, we walked through only to find out it was closed and when we went back, we were in the wrong line or entrance. If we had known that we would have waited in line bc when we were told we were not allowed in that entrance, the other line was a mile long. You would think your staff would have informed us before we had to walk all over and then wait. And, staff was not friendly bc we had to walk back and forth with minors.

We had a great stay at the Seneca! We enjoyed the view of the Falls from our room, we were on the 24th floor... it was perfect! Restaurants on site were a little pricey, but we expected that. The Falls are within walking distance from the hotel. It was probably about a 10 minute walk, or a 3 minute drive so location was great! We went down to the pool & hot tubs a couple of times, which were nice as well. Hotel was very clean too!

Front desk staff are efficient but surprisingly not as personable or friendly as the last time I stayed. I think this is probably because they cater to mostly to casino players rather than transient guests. Luckily there are a alot of alternative places to choose and stay.

No good for teenagers and young adults

The hotel did not cater for teenagers they were not allowed in the pool or Gym without an adult this was not stipulated on their website and was a major let down for a 15 year old He was also not allowed to go to the restaurant and burgers bars or through to the route to the Niagara fall s and park without walking all the way around the hotel as you had to pass through the casino which is not allowed unless accompanied by an adult. Why is there not an access route from the lobby to these places

No daily maid services really took me by surprise especially since a resort fee is charged on top of the room rate. They don’t tell you about the lack of maid service until after they tell you about the $20 a day resort fee.
