I reserved a room at Holiday Inn Express because of the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. When I arrived at the airport I waited 30 minutes. No shuttle. I called and was on hold for 13 minutes then the hotel staff hung up. I had a nervous evening wondering if the shuttle would actually get me to the airport ontime.

I booked a two-bed room but was assigned a one bedroom room. There was no notification, no compensation, and even no notification from the front desk. After I went to front desk, I was just told that they were overbooked, and there was no two bedrooms available. I don’t even got an apology. This is so absurd.

Area around is not nice and there was only a restaurant across at another hotel. We had no hot water in the morning and breakfast bar was empty if food. One person at the front desk who was on the phone out back that we couldn’t see. We had to wait to check our bags. Just not up to the standards that we expect from a holiday inn express. Sorry
