The cafe and bar area are very nice and inviting. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. I was allowed to check in early which was very nice. My only complaint was a periodic low frequency noise (not subway) that was so intense that it vibrated my room almost in an alarming way. My guess was that it was part of the HVAC system. Seems like it was something that could be fixed. Despite this, I will likely visit again.

A bedside table would have been helpful. Also, hated to have to ask to borrow a hairdryer. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Morning coffee was great!

Although I love the property, just be aware the subway runs adjacent to the property. The staff does supply you with earplugs if you need it but it was not needed for me. As mentioned close to subway, so there was no need to uber or rent a car. we just purchased a metrocard and went everywhere. Great rooms and service.
