I’ve tried to contact someone to get a refund, there was bodily fluid on dirty towels left in the restroom. It was 1 AM when I got to the hotel after working. We were brought clean towels the toilet was broken. The room was located in the basement in an unsafe Neighborhood. The windows were ground level so anyone could’ve kicked it in. There was a water bottle under my bed. Clearly somebody had slept in my bed. The lock was broken. I couldn’t sleep from stress the toilet would not flush, regardless of jiggling the handle, that was the receptionist solution.. the only other room available was one king bed to share with my male coworker. I have never been so disgusted in my life with a filth hidden behind the restroom door.
