I paid for breakfast for 2 people ahead of time and I was still charged for it again when it was put to my room bill. Load bussing noise in the room, wall paper in the bathroom was coming up next to the tub. Stains on the pillow and comforter. I ordered breakfast on sunday and didnt recieve my orange juice and had to pay for another one. It seems like i paid alot of money for a nice hotel when i could have had better setvice at a Holiday inn. $1100 for 2 nights and this is what you get. Sad !!!!!

Not bad but not great either. Scratchy towels and linens weren’t great for a higher tier hotel. Toilet didnt work right and required multiple flushes and some finagling to get it to work right. Area is nice and convenient. Parking right across the street is awesome in the city. Restaurant was good, nice bar in the lobby. Staff was polite and considerate.

Looks nice from outside, but room is filthy

Room was meant to be cleaned each day however bottles of empty water was there from a previous stay that was never cleaned throughout the 4 days. Dirt/mud on the carpet from day 1 to day 4,bath was never cleaned and dirty every day and bed sheets were filthy! Will never stay here again
