During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

It is walkable to Broadway, (about a mile walk to the Hard Rock) the weather was not that great when we were there (November) so we took Ubers the majority of time as parking downtown is so expensive. There is a lot of construction in the area, but that noise wasn't too bad. We did hear our neighbors, but that's to be expected. We could have used a few more towels, but we made it work. Check in and out worked as expected.

The location was great. The host responded with an issue we had about parking, but I don’t think the response was appropriate. The issues resolved itself, but asking me how I wanted to resolve it is not what I expected. The place was clean to the immediate eye. But the cleaning crew definitely doesnt do details. Dirty towels left in bathroom, dirty ring in commode, smoking residual on porch.
