The hotel was great. The only problem was we had to check out early because of illness. They told us they couldn't change our charges as it was booked thru travelocity. So we lost that money.

Nice place, but average. We arrived around 1:00 pm and told it was $50 for early check in. One min later the price went down to $25. The room was obviously ready. We don’t care for the money grab.

The hotel was beautiful and well kept. We loved our king room. We would certainly stay here again. Just a couple of blocks from Broadway and so many Nashville destinations. Great job by the staff also.

Our room was sufficient, but it would really be nice if the beds were lower, especially for older guest. After we returned home, we realized we had left our 2 ergonomic pillows in the lobby. I called and spoke to a front desk person who really couldn’t be bothered to check (even though I told her exactly where they were left) and would only send me a link to submit a lost & found department. I received a do not reply email which indicated the hotels actions. I have yet to receive any follow up. This non-response has really left a negative impression, especially with the person at the front desk who doesn’t seem to care.

We stayed overnight for a quick Nashville visit. The hotel was very close to all the activities on and around Broadway. Many restaurants in all price ranges available within walking distance. The hotel staff from the valet to the check in clerks were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. The room was very up to date with the decor and the bathroom amenities. The beds were very comfortable. They had an onsite bar restaurant that made it convenient as well. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel agai.
