Check in was quick and friendly, room was clean but that's where things stop. We had to take one of the desk lamps down to have them replace it because the switch wouldn't stay on and the biggest thing was we didn't have hot enough water for showers. Our first morning, I let the front desk know but they didn't have maintenance there that day so they couldn't fix it. They offered for us to switch rooms but we had to leave for work so we didn't. I rebooked for one more night and the next morning it took over 20 minutes to get hot enough water to shower. Since we weren't sure the water old remain hot for another shower, they let us use the shower in an empty room. Breakfast is non-existent in this location. The website boats a "grab and go" of muffins, fruit, yogurt etc. The only thing they had was packets of oatmeal. We won't be staying here again.

I had to called 4 times about the noise complaint. people above me were jumping all night long until after midnight. I couldnt sleep at all. There was also dirty blankets and no breakfast
