We booked through Travelocity. I specifically put that we traveling with 5 people. When we got here the gentleman at the desk let me know that he saw we had 5 people but that the room we had booked didn’t allow for 5 people. And after seeing it, I had to agree. He was extremely helpful and kind and professional. He helped us book a second room right across the hall from the room we had booked so we could keep our family together. It was a great experience in a situation that could have been avoided if the travel company known the room could not accommodate the number of people we had. I am extremely grateful to that gentleman for his help and understanding. The rooms were excellently clean and beautifully decorated. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. My one regret is not getting his name so I could thank him by name.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear somebody sneeze in the hallway. Beds were extremely high off the ground so if you are older than 60…hard to get into bed. Those high beds were very comfortable.

At check-in, I asked receptionist about 4th of July firework schedules or was their going to be anything nearby and she said she said she didn’t know. The manager listening to the conversation and did not speak at all other than telling me breakfast hours. The hotel is a pet friendly hotel and smelled liked it too. There was no housekeeping service and when we called the front desk, I was told there was no housekeeping but when someone from the front desk came to give us some towels, she mentioned to say there was the do not bother sign on our door which was a lie. We didn’t even have a sign in our room, which I pointed that out to her. We had also requested batteries for the the remote and she forgot those and had to go back and get those. Overall, very unhappy. I will not stay there again.

If I, the only male manager present during your stay, overheard your conversation and did not offer input or interrupt to add a comment, it is because there were multiple things going on and I truly did not know what time the fireworks began. I typically do not speak on things I am uncertain of or simply do not know. If this was taken personally or as disrepect, I apologize. I am glad the front desk could accommodate your needs as best she could. Your experience will be under review.
