Likely will not be returning to this hotel. Our room had previous water damage in the bathroom (101). You can tell they tried to patch fix it with caulking. The corner of the wall was separating from the other wall, and the wallpaper was pulled away from the wall. There were brown stains down the length of the corner of the wall. The pillowcase I wanted to use had stains on it. Unsure if it was unwashed or a permanent stain. The bed was soft and rolling towards the edge on one side and was hard on the other. The bar across the street played music until 3 AM. When other guests would shut their door, our door shook. Every single time. The first time it happened I thought someone was trying to open up our door, that’s how much it moved. That continued throughout the night. Did not sleep well. I did appreciate the ample wall hooks and places to put our bags so they weren’t on the floor.

When I arrived at this property, the hotel front desk person had canceled my reservation and this was my first time in Tennessee. After the manager was made aware of what happened everything was OK but also the hotel rooms are smaller than what the picture shows and also there was no mirror in our room except in the bathroom.

My wife pre checked me in. She picked floor 4 to help me avoid people above me. I received floor 3. There was a loud walker above me. Gym was nice. Breakfast was good. Place is clean

Clean hotel hadn’t been to this concept before really liked it. Only downside was a massive amount of families with crazy kids on this night. Hotel can’t help that so not docking them for that aspect would definitely return
