As usual, was very friendly and prompt and the facility was clean and maintain monthly. Beverly totally clean, but the toilet was unseated and the tile around it was starting to crack. The TV didn’t work properly. The telephone in the room didn’t even hook up to the telephone line, the sink handle was partially broken, but everything was clean up and for one all day buys the sheets at work so the staff seem equipped to address those particular problem, The bed was comfortable. The balloons were well laundered and soft furniture in the room was comfortable. The grounds were clean and well kept up and the staff is super.

There were people loitering and parting all night till 5:30am out side of the hotel and nothing was done about it. You could hear everything.

Clean, well-maintained facilities with thoughtful touches like fresh paint and strategic lighting. We stayed in room 108 (king, non-smoking); exterior entry and constant traffic may affect light sleepers—earplugs recommended. Smoking rooms are isolated on the second floor. Staff were kind and accommodating, especially with mobility needs and policy explanations. Parking is limited but sufficient. No signs of bugs or bed bugs. Overall, a pleasant stay—we’d definitely return.

Worst hotel stay ever

Unfortunately this is the worst hotel stay I can remember. The hotel is almost on a highway and was so noisy I literally didn’t sleep until early morning for an hour or two. There also was no safety latch on the door so I didn’t feel very safe. The bed, sheets and comforter were actually very comfortable. The room was clean but old, beat up and damaged in several obvious places with little to no attempt at repair.

Dirty with “sketchy” people hanging around day and night. No breakfast as advertised. Staff was unattended to needs and concerns of guests. Mold around shower area. Toilet would run continuously. Garbage was left in and out of facility at all times. Would not recommend
