We were there from Apr 5 - May 15, 2026. This place is not being maintained. When we got there the trash cans were overflowing with garbage, the bathroom faucet was broken, there was a 1/2 inch gap in the calking in the bathtub, the sinks were plugged, the showers and floors dirty, there was laundry left over in the washing machine, the outdoor patio was dirty and the cushions were moldy. All the bed pillows were smelly and yellow. I had to wash my pillow twice before I would sleep on it. And, the smell in the middle bedroom was either from the dirty shag rug or the yellow stains on the mattress. There was no mattress cover on the king size bed at the front. We put blankets over the sofa before we felt comfortable sitting on it. They came right away to fix the microwave, the air conditioner, but we had to let them know... they were professional and quick to respond but we felt like we were being their property manager. They kept asking us to send them pictures "for documentation purposes". How do you take pictures of ants invading the kitchen or a missing tv remote? This place needs a deep clean and new pillows and mattresses. Bring your sandals or slippers so you don't have to walk barefoot on the floors. They should have paid us for the cleaning and maintenance fees.
