The pool area was a mess, broken tiles pool liner coming away, steps broken and paintwork peeling. The gardens were extremely messy, leaves everywhere covering chairs pathways poolside area. Grass needed cutting, just looked derelict. Shame because if this was tidied up it would be a really lovely, peaceful place to relax."
