This apartment has an excellent location, just two blocks from Terminus. It is in very good condition and makes you feel very comfortable. The owner responds quickly to messages and is very friendly.

Me decepcionei bastante com o hotel. Apesar das instalações serem novas, ele se localiza no primeiro andar de um.predio muito antigo. O elevador, das vezes que tentei pegar por causa das malas, nao funcionou. Apesar do hotel ficar proximo da estacao de trem, ele fica num cruzamento de duas grandes avenidas. Ou seja, dia e noite com barulho, sobretudo buzina. Por estar numa area central, a limpeza dos arredores deixa a desejar: muito lixo espalhado na calçada e um cheiro bastante desagradavel. A recepcao só funciona presencialmente das 10h as 14h. Depois disso, so pelo whats. O serviço de limpeza foi diário, mas a troca das toalhas era um sorteio: um dia trocavam as de banho, outro as de rosto, e no.ultimo dia nao trocaram. Falta gerenciamento e supervisão. Por fim o suposto cafe da manha foi uma decepção total: um conjunto de snacks, 02 croissants e capsulas de cafe deixados de vespera pela camareira. Se o cafe é do tipo "etage" isso deve ficar claro na reserva. Inclusive reclamei para o suporte do hotels.com mas nao tive retorno.

This property was extremely clean well maintained, and was located within walking distance to the train station. It was well appointed and secure. The host was responsive and provided cold drinks each day an excellent touch. The breakfast provided was packaged snacks which was not our personal preference yet they made great efforts ! A definite overall selection where we would stay again ! Thank you.

It was great have washing machine available for a weeklong stay in our 4 weeks in Italy. It was also convenient to have grocery store and bakery, with premade foods, next door. There was little noise from other rooms but we over looked the street and noise came from there. Most tourist adventures were just over a mile walk.

The apartment was very clean and has a lot o space to relax after a full day. The washing machine and washer in the unit are fantastic. I wish that the breakfast was not all pre-packaged, but it's still a wonderul deal for the price, so as long as the guest knows it it's all fine. The staff is easy to reach, accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend this venue.

It’s a good location close to the train station. There were some items that needed maintenance. We were here for one night and it was clean and comfortable but seemed like a little TLC easily could bring this room back!

This property is close to the train station. Neighborhood around the apartment is unsafe. The bathroom showers were very shallow and all of the water leaked out. There was no shampoo provided. There was some soap in a dispenser in the shower. The laundry machine in the room was very convenient. There’s no dryer so you have to hang your clothes dry. The refrigerator is convenient. The streets were noisy so we are glad we read reviews prior to booking and packed ear plugs.

Great fully equipped apt close to the airport. It was spacious, clean and had a nice patio to enjoy. The staff was very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this spot if you have a stay in Naples where you don't want a car and will walk to nearby restaurants, shops and a 15 min Uber ride to the airport.
