The property is in a great location right at the edge of the historical centre. It's walking distance to a lot of the main sites and lots of bars/restaurants. The room was clean and quite large, generally very quiet too as the property is accessed by going through a courtyard as opposed to directly facing the street. There's a small breakfast included which is in a bar across the street.

The owner was very helpful, taking the time to show us a map with recommendations of places to visit in Naples. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even had a small balcony. Overall, it was a very good experience in an awesome location!

Very basic accommodation. Bed was too hard and (only) 2 very flat pillows were provided. Have to pay to use the very tiny elevator (rooms are on the 4th floor) and I don't remember that being mentioned in the description before booking. Old building (which is expected) had a hard time with preventing noise. Limited breakfast "provided" at a nearby cafe. Like most hotel rooms in older Italian buildings I've stayed in, there wasn't an interior lock to prevent others entering. There wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign that could be used. Housekeeping tried to enter while I was there without knocking first. I didn't feel safe that someone couldn't just come in.

Nice Stay

This was a very good choice. It is a very short walk to the Archeology museum as well as the metro. A short metro ride to the train station for easy access to Herculaneum and Caserta Palace. There are many cafes, restaurants and bakeries in the area. The room was clean and bright. The staff were super helpful and we were able to store our luggage on the last day before we departed for our late train to Rome. The bed and pillows were very firm and our room faced the busy, noisy street which caused us some grief when we were trying to sleep.

Very charming room convenient to the old city center. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was conveniently walkable to many of the locations I wanted to visit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely, well-managed B&B. The staff was welcoming and informative. The rooms were clean and had all amenities you might need including a fridge and coffee setup. It’s close to a great restaurant Re Lazzarone and includes breakfast at Karmacore which was also great. It’s on the third floor of a very old building that has a lift.

Antonella was so helpful. They are providing euros for the (extremely small) elevator to take you and your luggage to the 3rd floor. There are also stairs for the more fit. Our room was huge and well appointed. It was very clean. You can open the windows to enjoy the noisy Napoli environment or close them and there’s hardly any noise from the street. Everything worked well in the room. Would definitely go back!

Great location, very firm mattress.

Hotel was proactive in arranging our arrival. Antonella was very helpful. She greeted us at the street and explained the map of the city. It was a popular area in the evening for bars and restaurants. The elevator cost 50 cents to use so bring change. Otherwise it will be a hassle for you. The bed was very firm. Not comfortable for me, but if you like a very firm mattress, they have it. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend it for the neighborhood, proximity to archeological museum and lively night life. But with the caveat about the elevator and mattress.
