My little family of 4 loved this home for a full week. The house was clean, up to date and most definitely fully functional. The pool safety net was a huge perk for us traveling with a 6 and 2yr old. That little extra sense of security. Also the wagon full of beach toys was very clutch! We would stay again for sure.

Wonderfully clean property in need of some updating

The hosts were outstanding with communication, location is good in terms of proximity to beaches, shopping, restaurants but the street is older homes, exterior visual maintenance varies and not the easiest street to find. Home itself was fine but certainly could do with a refresh.

Perfect Family Home in Naples

Beautiful and immaculate home in a quiet neighborhood with everything we needed for our Naples vacation. Lots of amenities including a well-equipped kitchen, video game area and two outdoor seating areas with a beautiful pool. Everything you need for the beach including chairs, toys, umbrellas and a wagon for hauling. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We’ll be back!

Perfection for our family

This property was described precisely as it is. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space! Each room worked very well for our family of 5. There was plenty of care taken in preparing the home with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen amenities and beach gear. It was a great central location for all of the things we needed to do over the weekend. I would highly recommend this home to others and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Awesome Place

Booking was simple, communication was always lightning fast from the owner. The property is well equipped. There is plenty of beach gear in the garage. The pool area is extremely well done with 2 covered areas. The pool itself is fenced in so if you have little ones you'll have peace of mind. There is ample space in the house with a living room, family room and 3 bedrooms. The property is on a very quiet, secluded street that is very close to everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation house

This house was everything we needed it to be. The hosts were easy to communicate with; checked in to see if we needed anything throughout the week. The outdoor seating options were fantastic, along with the pool - we were hardly ever in the house. Great location - definitely a place to go back to in the future.

Family Stay

The house was exactly as described and was in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was just a short drive away. The pool gate was crucial for our stay with two toddlers who enjoyed sharing the bottom bunks of the bunk room. The safety gate was helpful for letting our children play in the large patio area. The master bedroom was on the opposite side of the house which was helpful with young children. There was access to the outdoor area from the master as well. Owners were quick to respond as well.

BEAUTIFUL!!

Everything about this property met or exceeded my high expectations. Not in any particular order, here are my positive points about this property: Cleanliness - Perfect! Location - Great! Beach supplies (This was unexpected and SUPER nice) Pool - Perfect! The evening ambiance was wonderful! Pool supplies. If we had kids with us, the available noodles and floats, etc would have been tops! Layout of property - Perfect. I LOVED LOVED the outdoor seating areas! There are TWO outdoor seating areas! Coming from the North, I truly enjoy sitting under the lanai - no bugs!! Quiet and safe neighborhood - Check!!! Kitchen - Fully stocked with appliances! They thought of EVERYTHING! Even though we only prepared breakfast during our visit, it was nice to see a few spices available. I would definitely stay at this location again. I recommend it 100%. The only downfall...We didn't have more family members with us to enjoy it! :) Good job, Alex!!!

Lovely home with pool

This lovely pool home is just a few miles from downtown Naples. It is in a very quiet family neighborhood. The owners are quick to respond to any questions- outstanding communication. The screened in pool area is partially shaded- we spent almost all our time in the pool/patio area. Nice kitchen, Bosch dishwasher, wonderful rain shower in primary bedroom!! The WiFi can be used in the pool area- very convenient!! Loved it ALL!!

Great, clean stay

We had a very nice stay here with our family. Everything was clean which was important to us and the pool area and outside patio was very well maintained. They had everything we needed for the beach which was perfect. It is about a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. the house and communication with the owner was great! Close to stores, restaurants, as well. No complaints

Great holidays

Es wat toll in dem Haus. Eine ruhige Gegend, nette Nachbarn. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Fehlende Geschirrtücher wurden geliefert. Es gab jede Menge Sachen für den Strand. Stühle, Schirme, Boards. Alles da. Die Garage war etwas zu klein für unser Auto. Aber dafür kann niemand etwas. Wir haben schräg drin gestanden. Hat alles geklappt. Kurzfristige Buchung innerhalb von zwei Tagen war prima. Der Pool ist spitze. Die Umzäunung haben wir entfernt. War kein Problem. Wir hatten keine kleinen Kinder mit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Peaceful paradise

This house was in a very peaceful neighborhood tucked away in the palm trees. It was totally our speed for the long weekend, allowing us to escape before and after a busy graduation. The patio/pool area was the best oasis to relax and disconnect. We had everything we needed to cook meals, but also lots of take out options if we wanted. We’re already talking about coming back for a longer vacation. Thank you!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

We had a positive experience overall with this home. We spent most of our time at the beach, and it was great that they had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower and pool in the afternoons while parents took advantage of the stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and management checked in several times. Nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the action.

Everything We Wanted

We can’t say enough good things about this property and its hosts. The outdoor area with its many seats and the lovely, heated pool was what convinced us to choose this house, and we were delighted that it was just as pictured and described. Though we were all adults, this house would be perfect for multigenerational families. The communication with and the responsiveness of the hosts were outstanding. We hope to stay here again which tells you how pleased we are that we chose this property.

Peaceful family retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice fit for our family of 6. Plenty of beds and room to spread out and relax by pool area and in the house. Everything was clean and up to date. Kitchen was great and we used the outdoor grill several times for family meals. The beaches are a short 10 minute drive and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owners were awesome with communication before and during our stay. So happy we booked this property instead of trying to cram into a hotel room(s).

Winter 2022 Trip

We loved this property. Our group included 4 adults and 2 children. The place could have easily accommodated another 2 children. The house is well stocked and functional, but the private pool is really what sets this apart. A private heated pool you can hop in at any time during your stay is wonderful when you're traveling with kids. The location is ideal as it is not in the middle of tourist traps but is close enough to local dining and entertainment so you'll never be bored or hungry on your trip. All in all, we would recommend this to any traveler looking to visit Naples!
