It’s in a great location, BUT it is very noisy, because of thin walls and bad windows.. No housekeeping for 6 days. It’s a trailer, so you feel it rock as someone walks.

A Great Resort for our a weekend getaway with friends. Allowed us to have a convenient stay in the Duplex Mobile Home only wish they had stricter rules on late night noise as the neighbor was bla bla bla on the shared deck

Cute trailer hotel

This is a cute property right next to Napa River, with 100 separate trailers with good size bedroom, kitchen/living room with sleeper sofa, and separated by a bathroom with tubs and closet. Room is slightly dated but clean and functional. Kitchen has a large fridge and sink and microwave and coffee maker. There is a shared patio with next trailer which works great for us and our friends in the next room. No annoying upstairs or next door neighbor, even though you can hear outside somewhat. Great location, 1 mile from Oxbow market and downtown Napa and 1 mile to end of Silverado trail. Club house has sauna, pool, game room, lanundry, and yoga room. Good price. Highly recommended.

The individual trailers were cute and adequately furnished and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The negatives were the price and the porch chairs and umbrellas outside hadn’t been cleaned in a while so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the weather.
