Had some issues with the room initially (the room we were initially offered looked nothing like what was pictured/described during booking). However, staff was able to quickly find us a room that better matched our booking description. The breakfast is excellent, the location of this hotel is extremely convenient, and the staff was professional and friendly. Room mix-up aside, it was a great stay.

The room was perfect, clean, well furnished and spacious. The bathroom one of a kind. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. And the hotel itself had many amenities that we wish we had more time to enjoy more, from the hot tub to the fire pit and fitness center.

The Parker King #31 was terrific (big and clean with heated floors in the bathroom). My wife loved it. The breakfast each morning was also great...special callout to Jeremy! I enjoyed the hot tub and really appreciated the special attention we were given for our anniversary by the check-in staff.
