Walls were very thin, could hear everything. It was raining hard and the room felt damp. Anything we left sitting out like paper products or our clothes felt wet. Even the carpet in the room felt damp. No channels on the tv worked. We also had housekeeping knocking on the door before our check out time that woke us up. Room was pretty clean but overall not a great experience

Great downtown Napa location to walk about easily. Easy & accessible parking lot (free). Ice machine on parking level accessible to fill ice bucket (no mini fridges). Nice complimentary soap/shampoo/lotion. Hot water always available via sink, shower/tub. Hair dryer missing; only hole in wall w/capped electrical cords. Beds were on firm side. Very adequate heating unit for winter stay. Upstairs guests with noisy walking in AM; recommend staying on top level to avoid noise. Accessible elevator & stairs. TV audio very choppy; friendly reception offered for us to switch rooms close by for room w/TV audio working well - appreciated room change option. Good value for region and downtown city center locale. Thank you

Do yourself a favor and book a room else where. I switched rooms due to mold in the shower. The ac/heater unit is insanely loud, I’ve never had to choose between staying warm or getting some sleep before. The next day I asked for an extra blanket and of course, that too was covered in yellow stains. It was gross. By far the worst stay in Napa. I left a day early before my check out day because it was the bad. I will never be coming back.

We arrived late after Thanksgiving dinner. The staff at check-in counter was welcoming and the check-in was smooth. I like that the parking was right innthw courtyard. I could tell that the room was recently renovated to make it look a little modern although the floor carpet was too dark to my liking. The bathroom leaves more to be desired like nothing was changed. If anything was changed at all, the work was sloppy. For a one-night stay, the place was ok.

Of that the lock that is in between the wall that locks when you close the door was non existent. The door would just flap. We asked to be moved in fear of bed bugs. They moved us to another room. The room we were moved to the microwave didn't work, the fireplace didnt work, the towels were dirty. We came downstairs to let them know about the rash and asked if we're able to get a partial refund. The man didn't hesitate to say no. I do not recommend this hotel. They don't put any effort into cleanliness or fixing things that are broken. I would never ever stay here again. The hotel itself is run down as well. When you book the hotel they don't show any photos of what the hotel looks like on the outside. And for this hotel its very overpriced. When we brought this up to the guy at the desk he became slight passive agrresive. This is more like a motel.
