Two items were taken from my room. one returned upon my request the other one I didn't even bother to ask for it (it was a religious necklace). The staff at the front desk were not helpful whatsoever and didn't offer options for printing my boarding pass. I had to look for their "business center" which was one computer with a printer located in the hallway.

great stay! Great pool!

Great quick overnight for a concert. Took advantage of wine hour and pool before hand. Staff was very friendly- would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Hidden gem

Great hotel, beautiful and clean with a pool and a play area for adults or kids. Also the connecting restaurant was amazing and the service was exceptional and memorable. Would stay here every time I was in Napa if it was possible

This a very nice property but needs a hard look at the management team and staffing. Some staff are very nice. Some are visibly disgruntled and actively hating on the guests. The cleaning of the pool area as well as the fireplace area needs some solving. The pool water was really murky on the Sunday we left and there were visible sentiments by the edge - pretty disgusting.

This was a very average hotel. The ambiance was on the level of Holiday inn, not Marriott. Service was also disappointing. First, reception gave us a room right next to the courtyard where they were holding an outdoor corporate event with tables right next to the patio. We had to change rooms. Then the cleaning crew completely skipped vacuuming and cleaning the desk and dresser surfaces. The hotel also announced free wine hour from 5 to 6 but by 5:40 pm the wine was gone with no explanation. The restaurant had a very limited menu and nothing gluten free, which did not meet Marriott standards again. The hotel is not extremely overpriced for its quality.
