Started off great but then the tub water from the room next door started flowing into our tub!!! Gross and loud! We didnt get any compensation for the one night we stayed but we were able to get the other 2 nights money back. We went to a different hotel. The walls are also thin and the mirrors have bluetooth which is not good for anyone when music is being played until 3am.

The room was nice, clean and very acceptable. The staff was fine, but could use a little more polish. Improvement needed in the hotel ambiance. Upon approach to the hotel at night- it was dark and dreary looking. No holiday sparkle, very dim insufficient outside lighting. The Westin next door looked amazing and very inviting outside. You should spend a few $ and add some outdoor lighting and wrap the trees with lights. Also offer free coffee in the lobby in the morning. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and was so much more impressed. But I was disappointed this time. The only thing that saved this from a poor rating, was that the daily price was very good! I guess that you get what you pay for.

The hotel was very well maintained, and the rooms were a great size and layout. The bathroom was especially great. we had such a nice and comfortable stay here. I would definitely consider staying here again next time we are in NAPA.
