Club lounge was great. Staff amazing. The pool was being refurbished and out of use. The steam rooms inside were being refurbished and out of use. Stay here if you want to shop but not if you want to relax.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. From check in to check out. Staff were top notch when it comes to hospitality. What’s really special is they upgraded our rooms. The place is clean and breakfast is wonderful. We will stay again.
