The front desk staff is amazing! Special mention to Ellie. She exudes the prettiest and most welcoming smile. Also the lady with a short bobc who i assume would be a manager. The check-in was fast and seamless. The hotel was fairly new, very clean and accessible to just about everywhere i needed to be. I came back to Cebu, my hometown, after 6 years. And the proximity of this hotel is just perfect to the places i want to go. The breakfast staff are amazing as well! There were variety of options. And the guards on duty? Very attentive. One particular guard, went above and beyond to open a canned milk for me using his knife, which was greatly appreciated. I would stay in this hotel again when i come back. Highly recommended.

Good but could be better.

Lovely modern hotel with friendly staff and clean well laid out rooms. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, they make a great Margarita. The only things that would have made it better would have been a laundry service, gym or fitness centre or at least some recommendations of where you can go locally. Even the tours on offer were not great and I had to.look elsewhere.

There was just something about this hotel that made me feel uncomfortable. It wasn’t any one major thing but a whole list of little annoyances that added up. For example, wet shower, water dispenser on the floor offering cold and hot water with a plug but no electrical outlet, a pool not yet built with no apparent construction happening, a charge of 55 pesos for a bucket of ice, a way over zealous staff….just way too many people hanging around and a bar fridge in the room that was warmer than the room itself (front desk told me it wasn’t a fridge but rather a chiller…okay, but the yogurt we bought to store inside was warm after two days …and yes it was plugged in as the light came on inside when you opened the door and there are no internal or external controls.
