Book a hotel near Museum of Ceramics, East Liverpool

"Reserved a King bed and as soon as you get there they change it out to a queen bed. Ice machine on floor was broken, various lights in room did not work. No safe in room. We found out on our last day staying with them that you had to call to get housekeeping to clean your room. Would not recommend."

"Clean room, nice breakfast, pool & staff. You have to pay for parking, Was only there 1 night. Shuttle service is available to the airport."

"Pool closed. No elevator in older rooms. Maids left a water bottle on balcony that had cigarette butts in it."

"The property was great. We were disappointed by the breakfast though. The "hot" foods were not even room-temperature warm and they had just been brought out from the kitchen. There was a good variety but the quality wasn't there. Also, front desk staff were difficult to locate when we tried to check out. Evening staff were awesome. Friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very clean and the breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and oatmeal, etc are very good. The staff is very kind and helpful. My only suggestion with the nice newly remodeled rooms would be to have foot stools available to get into the high beds for those of us that are 5’2”. I needed to pull a chair next to the bed as my step stool to get into bed. A footstool in the closet would have been helpful."
