This was a great hotel. Staff was fabulous and location was ideal…short tram ride to Oktoberfest. The AC still needs work and this could have been solved with a fan. We could walk to Matienplstz and plenty of dining nearby.

The staff was fabulous! Jerry made the s feel very welcome and escorted us to the room. The hotel was clean…except for the ugly brown shag carpet that looks like it’s been around since the 70s. That definitely needs to go! Our room was nice. However, the air conditioning did not work to our standards. It was very warm inside and it did not cool down enough for sleeping. Even turning it down it did not change the temperature in the room. The staff attempted to bring up something that resembles a dehumidifier but they would have had to run a pipe out the window and due to the dampness they cannot sleep with open windows. The rooms need a mini-split and a fan! Loved the stocked fridge. Breakfast was too pricey for us (30€)so we made our way through the market and found coffee and pastries/breakfast. The location was ideal and an easy quick subway ride to Oktoberfest! I would stay here again, but definitely not ould ask for a fan.

Stay Away!

Worst hotel experience, worst customer service. Stay away. Hotel advertises Air Conditioning in every room but after checking in and being moved to three different rooms it was obvious the hotel does not have AC. Front desk acted surprised, then lied about a technician coming (also heard them repeat this lie to other customers) and finally after repeated complaints they brought up a portable AC but there is no way to vent it outside of leaving the large window wide open. Stay away from this dump. There are many hotels in the same area that surely cannot be worse.

The location was key for me. It was very nice and clean. Easy check-in and check out. A great area with many dining opportunities in the middle of Munich. Short walk to everywhere, including public transportation. I would stay there again.
