When I checked into my room, I noticed a stain on the sheet on side of bed. No biggie, I let front desk know and they said they would send a housekeeper up to swap out. When I returned, I checked to see if they fixed and and all they did was turn it inside out. I was only there for 1 night, so I didn’t say anything else about it. If all you’re looking for is a clean bed, it’s not guaranteed!

Late night stop, very friendly. Heard from other guest that this is the ONLY hotel he stays in, actually goes out of his way to stay here, because it's the best in the Springfield area! He said the rest have bugs and/or are dirty. We just got lucky and picked the right one!
