The staff at the desk was very nice. However when I got off the elevator smoke was strong. The room smelled like a club on a Sunday morning! It’s 1 AM and I am just trying to breathe. I booked through Expedia and paid them. Got here and they ran my card for an additional $180.80. Now being told that was for incidentals and will be refunded. Will not be staying here again mainly because I can’t breathe it’s so thick with a smokey smell.

Love this hotel, room was nice , bed very comfortable. very clean hotel including the stairwells which even smelt nice. Staff are great and friendly. The location of the hotel is good too and didn't feel unsafe when went out for an evening walk

No coffee/tea maker in room. No hot breakfast. Grab and go breakfast was on a small table and limited in choices. Only provided sweetened creamer. Not good for diabetics or someone watching sugars or just likes plain creamer. No ice machines. Hallway carpet smelled like dogs. They really need to tear up the hallway carpets and put in tile that they can mop clean. Room frig dirty on outside. Whole place needs upgraded.

The water in the bathroom tub ran the entire time to the point I could hear it with the door closed. I was scared to cook because the stove looked like it was vintage from the 1950's. The tub had a dirty ring. Stale odor throughout the hotel. I only stayed for the 3rd party rate. I would never book this directly to stay.
