My relaxing stay for the evening wasn’t quiet due to being placed next to a sleepover. Doors slamming, music blasting and fish or chicken being fried next to my head was far from enjoyable! I asked to be moved before I got comfortable. Front desk said they would call the room and call me back about a possible move. Never heard back and the noise continued! I didn’t stay the night! I ended up leaving to sleep in my own bed!

The elevator was out for 2 days and they didn't tell me upon check in until after we paid. I was not offered any accommodations even though I let the manager, Monica, know that I was a disabled veteran and could not get a suitcase up the stairs. Upon escalating to Hilton Customer Service, I was told Monica would provide a first floor room. She proceeded to call to let us know and then, hung up before I could ask for assistance moving the bags downstairs. Hilton honors was contacted back only to be told that they would contact us back another day. Additionally, the staff we interracted with was rude and one person smelled like alcohol (which is triggering given I was there for a sober event to begin with), we lacked towels, the pool had trash everywhere, and the room was dirty. I cannot recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again. Terrible experience from start to finish.
