This hotel…as soon as we walked in the hotel, we were overpowered with this terrible musky smell. And the whole lobby and everything was outdated. So we checked in and they don’t tell you until you get there that they hold $150 for a good week. We got into the elevator and there was another customer that just checked in and he also said it absolutely smelled terrible and I hope that the rooms didn’t smell that bad either. However, when my husband and I walked into the room, it was such a disgusting smell. We had to open the windows trying and air it out. It just didn’t go away. We do know that the other couple that was in the elevator with us left that night because I couldn’t take the smell. And the rooms were very very outdated. We didn’t even wanna take a shower in the room. We’ll never stay there again. And when we checked out, I told the woman that there was a terrible smell in the room in the hallways and she said yeah, we’ve been having a problem with that. But no one said anything to us. And no one offered us a certain amount off for the terrible stay… nothing.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted us with a warm hello and a smile. They answered my questions politely. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and towels.

Have you looked at your rooms lately? The refrigerator was old and disgusting. The room door had posters torn off which damaged the door, the floor had not been mopped - all in bathroom and outside bath door were spill drops. No automatic door at your building entrance to bring in luggage. Why don’t you have maintenance do some repairs and upgrades?

They say you get what you pay for but for extended stay I expected a lot more. The bathroom was disgusting. The counter needed to be replaced. The tub needed to be replaced. It was just unacceptable.
