Overall decent / average hotel and stay. Room we got was an upgrade from what we booked which was convenient. Found a couple dead bugs in our room and the pool was a bit gross but otherwise a cleanly place.

Bad experience and caution booking with 3rd party

Black mold in shower. When asleep with my family our room began to fill with the smell of cigarettes smoke through the vents. No manager on site and was refused a new room and offered room air spray and a very little money off less than 1/6 of the cost of the room. The refusal was because I booked the room through Hotels.com (third party site). I had to call Hilton directly to complain and again was told because I booked through a 3rd party site there’s not much they can do. I was not able to get in touch with anyone from hotels.com we had to leave the hotel within a few hours of arrival to another hotel for better conditions and service. Absolutely horrible and has discouraged me from booking using hotels.com

Some people have complained about bedbugs. We did not experience that here and first ran into the room and inspected the sheets upon arrival. The pool water was translucent and didn’t understand that for a non-heated pool. Didn’t risk that. There was a queen bed and sofa bed. Placement of sofa bed was in the middle for viewing the TV but also blocked any path aside from climbing over the bed. Not great if youre not with family. So 4 people max in the queen suite. Hell no for 5 or six adults.

I had been coming to this location for many years however this is the first time since 2020. I was saddened to see the deterioration of the property and the rooms. Furniture was worn and dirty. Shower had rust stains. Housekeeping was lazy. I will not stay there again unless it is totally refurbished.

The property is located in a convenient area, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was closed during our entire, 1-night stay. Disappointing since my son was hoping to swim. Also, the men’s bathroom stall on the main level was out-of-order, and the breakfast was less than satisfying. The eggs did not taste fresh, and there weren’t great breakfast options.
