The room and staff were great; however, I wish I had been informed prior to arrival—or at least through the website—that the restaurant and bar were closed during my stay. Breakfast was never served, and Topgolf was also under renovation. Unfortunately, the information presented on the website did not reflect the actual conditions at the property, which left me feeling misled and disappointed.

The entryway(lobby) definitely showed a grand entrance. The lobby was very neat and clean. The rooms definitely need to be cleaned more properly as well as bathrooms. The bathrooms are very outdated and need new fixtures. My room stayed cold no matter what I put the thermostat on(I think it was controlled elsewhere). Staff behind the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Overall my stay was pleasant.

This hotel is amazing! My only gripe is the fitness center. The cable machine was broken and they were missing a few of the matching dumbbells. They have HIGE Samsung flat screen TVs in the rooms and the king bedroom is very spacious.oh, also the pool was closed. That was another disappointment.

The Pros: good location close to the highway. Friendly front desk. The lobby was renovated so it looked nice. The Cons: The hotel is old and needs major upgrades. The first room we received smelled bad and had a very loud AC. We asked for a new room and the new room still smelled. The AC did not work well. We had it set to 65 and the room was still 77 degrees. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming apart and the sink was scratched up. See attached photos. For $200+/night you’re better off staying another hotel.

I didn’t like that they put me in a room that was I think for a patient that needed access to a wheelchair and the water from the bathroom shower just kept leaving the floor and making it soaking wet and I had to use the towels to clean it up
