The hallways were dirty (cigarette butts in the hallways). The room - windows were filthy, window frame was warped/bent, hair dryer was melted and pieces were separated, toilet was installed crooked (how that even happened is beyond me), a mirror may have been on the wall at one time but appears it was ripped off and the remnants of the hanging mechanism was left behind.

We loved it. The breakfast was great and we loved that it went until 10 am. Everything was so fresh. We came from a different time zone so we needed a bit more time to sleep in. House keeping was polite and respectful. When we needed more trash bags or just cleaning in general, they were able to make it happen.

The hotel was fully booked and very busy the night we stayed, so I understand that the staff was probably overwhelmed. However, our checkin was pretty rushed and we didn’t get info about breakfast. We went down in the morning to find it was already over. We were also not given wristbands for the pool which we were apparently supposed to have. Other than that, the hotel had a fun little waterpark, nice hot tub, and was clean! We enjoyed our short stay!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel itself is clean, fresh and tidy. The pool area is big, the slides and hot tub are great. There’s also a good place for little ones to have fun. The showers are great in the room. Very unique. The front desk lady was pretty rude. But only one was, the rest of the staff were great. I would stay here again and again.

The staff was great, especially NICK. He took the time to listen to our needs and was able to accommodate us. My kids loved the indoor water park, and we loved the jacuzzi. Open the BAR! That would be great for the parents while the kids swim.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly however our stay started with issues at check in when the computer system was down. After a bit we got our key card and headed up to our room. The room smelled of sewage so we shut the bathroom door to keep the smell down. It was during a busy week for Madison so it was already tough to get a room so we made due but it wasn’t exactly the best overnight stay we’ve had.
