A beautiful 1953 renovated home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with bathtub, a full kitchen and a comfortable living room in a great neighborhood that is family friendly. Brand new appliances, original hardwood floors, paint and furniture!

You are only minutes from Kings Island, The Lindner Tennis Stadium, The Beach Waterpark and the Little Miami Bike Trail and river.

Great access to I-71, I-75 and located 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

Amusement park getaway

Upon arrival, we pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to enter the home with the key code that was emailed to us. The house was very clean and the shower and sink in the bathroom along with the kitchen appliances and island were great quality. The pics online don’t really do it justice. We utilized the covered front porch and the glider each morning and would have used the covered deck and grill out back, had we not spent all day at Kings Island. I would highly recommend this clean and cozy home to anyone looking for an air b and b near all together Ohios attractions!

Cute house

The kitchen and bathroom were well done and clean. The floors were beautiful and well maintained. There we stains on the mattresses of the pull-out couch, the trundle bed, the double bed and the day bed. The bunk room didn't have window treatments and the neighbors had a flood light on all night long. All of these things can be easily fixed, and once brought to the attention of the property manager, he said he appreciated the input - no discounts or refunds were given. The back deck was amazing to relax on as it was covered and the neighborhood offered a woodsy environment. This was a nice place to stay if you're looking for something out of town. I was happy with the location, not impressed with the mattresses.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Liked the dining table setup. Good communication from host. Didn't like the maintenance of the outside of the home and neighborhood. Inside could be cleaner, dirt under the furniture, kitchen stove dirty, no exhaust fan in kitchen, had ants in the kitchen, and interior walls needed cleaned or painted. Bathroom towel rack was too loose to hang a towel, outside gas grill was too dirty on the outside to even want to use.
