There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles, and the furniture is ripped in the cover up with pillows. Breakfast was mediocre warm.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last five years, but I’ve never had an experience like this. There was literally urine all over the bathroom floor around the toilet and it was sticky and even smelled. It’s like it had never been touched. I pull up the toilet seat and there’s urine on the toilet that had not been cleaned off to me that is unacceptable for a Cleaning Crew.
