Excellent location and comfy beds.

Pros: indoor pool and hot tub and it's location. And it was lovely to find out it was Managers night when we arrived. Free cold beer and snacks!
Cons: they could stand a review of staffing procedures when the hotel is hosting events.
Location: Mall nearby. Tons of retail and restaurants.
There are eateries just across the parking lot in various price ranges. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes from the airport. Our only complaint was some issues with their small restaurant. There were 14 girls from a soccer team and their chaperons waiting for dinner and a family reunion being catered in one of the meeting rooms. This totally overloaded the kitchen. The front desk girl had to jump in to help! It seems like management underestimated the staffing requirements! The food was good but with upteen-million food establishments on both sides of Memorial Drive, go ahead and venture out! Maintenance was quick to respond to a broken bathroom fan. This was the perfect spot to stay for a lovely outdoor wedding in 105 degree temps! It was central to every place we needed to be!

Disappointed in room

Pros: cleanliness, comfort of the bed, and location to restaurants.
Cons: the size of the rooms are very small and a little understanding from the front desk about the room situation.
Location: many restaurants and things to do...very nice location.
We were told that we would receive a double bed and got a king. We had 4 people with us and that was an issue. The hotel tried to accommodate and put a roll away bed in the room. Well the maintenance lady came in with the bed and could not even figure out how to fit the bed in the room...TOO SMALL!!!! I was very disappointed with the manager said that he could fit it in the room...this was probably true but we would not have any room to walk. They ended up giving us a handicap room with much more space but it was the idea that they did not understand our situation and blew it off.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly service and convenient location.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
I would recomend this hotel. I had only one small problem which they fixed right away. I enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly staff.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
As nice as any Hilton Garden I've ever stayed in. The staff was very helpful. There was a soccer tournament nearby, so there were lots of kids, but the stay was still enjoyable.

HILTON GARDEN INN

The girl at the front desk in the mornings is a true sweet heart. I will be back b/c of her service. The hotel is new and nice. The whole staff was great, but the front desk really knew their stuff.
