"The lady that checked me in was nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my stay. The rest of the staff had very unwelcoming attitudes. The room had a strong mildew smell, and the building itself felt very outdated. Only one elevator was working, and it took forever to get anywhere. The next morning around 9:30 a.m., while I was still sleeping, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and then let herself in before I could answer. I told her we didn’t need anything and that we were not checking out until Monday morning. Despite that, she knocked and opened the door two more times afterward, which was very frustrating and invasive. I also witnessed one of the front desk attendants being rude to another customer. To make matters worse, there was a roach crawling across the door in the room. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again."
