We enjoyed the hospitality from concierge, Luis and reception staff. We let the reception know that the room was dark...not much lights from lamps and the reading small light on topof our beds did not work but no one came to fix it! I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. Amazing service and great walk ability to key attractions in Montreal (downtown, old Montreal, and old port). I 100% recommend staying here. I didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel but it was pretty full each day. Great restaurants all around the hotel so I spent my time outside.
