Did not clean the room the whole stay. No towels even on request. Broken phone they did not fix on request. Rude front staff. Police patrol the parking lot multiple times a day and night. Floors squeak and very load people above. People smoking and partying on the property outside, feels very unsafe.

The property was clean and quiet, but to access the main town, we needed to catch a bus daily in order to get to the Cadillac underground station, which had superb connection to anywhere in town. Surprisingly, although there was a kitchenette in the room, the hotel did not supply any pots and pans, which made self-catering challenging. To obtain additional coffee/tea pods or toilet paper..., please ensure you go to reception to ask for those at no additional cost. We found some local people were renting some of the rooms to live as rented accommodation. There was plenty of parking outside, and an excellent dépanneur shop nearby to buy bus/underground tickets or any other goods.

Photos on the website are fake. The room doesn't look like it does in the photo. It's dirty and smells bad. The sheets are dirty and smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom looked dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Mold was everywhere. They don't clean the room. We were in room 3, but they only provided two towels. There's a bar and casino open to the public inside the hotel. No security, and the doors to the outside were all open. There's no public control. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

My car was stolen from the parking lot right outside my room. There were no CCTV cameras in that part of the lot. You can hear every neighbor. There was a kitchenette with an induction cooktop - but no dishes except for coffee mugs. Who travels with induction cookware & dishes?? Window is exterior door was cracked. Water damage to the bathroom door which did not stay closed. Carpet in hallway was stained & torn. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
