Amazing hotel, pool was down for maintenance which was a slight disappointment but other than that great experience. I would consider repainting directional arrows in the parking lot as we were almost in a collision with someone driving the wrong way.

Our room smelled like cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts everywhere outside. People were smoking in front of the entrance doors, and people were coming in high. It did not look like the pictures. Pool was closed down, and this was one of the main reasons we booked the place. Elevator buttons broken. This was nonrefundable, and now we know why… We asked for a refund to go somewhere else and they refused saying the services are not ganranteed when booking hotels, and Expedia would still charge them commission. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else, still waiting for Expedia to help with a refund of 350$.
