Mur salle de bain brisé et non rénové. Chambre non isolé beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir. Le personnel ne sourit pas beaucoup. Mal situé quand on veut quitter le stationnement. Déjeuner excellent. J’avais demandé étage supérieur et coin calme et j’ai été situé en bas près du Lobby. Donc pas à l’écoute de nos besoins.

I’m really disappointed that a cleaning lady came and knocked on my door twice for room service, despite having a sign up to not disturb me. my check out was at 11am and she knocked at 830am on a saturday and again at 945am. if i was sleeping and didn’t answer she would have walked straight into my room. totally unacceptable. the hotel also gave me the weirdest room, i paid for a king bed and got a queen metal frame bed. i booked this hotel to relax but it was just stressful.

My whole left arm was bitten by some kind of bugs in the middle of night around 2:00, it’s super itchy and woke me up. I had to keep scratching it till the skin got worse. I didn’t have time to tell the front desk when checking out since there’s big group tour checking out. The whole day while I was exploring the city, my arm my legs and my neck were very itchy. I have to scratch it through my clothes. Also the front desk is kind of not well trained, she just gave us room number, didn’t direct us a direction, we walked the whole wrong direction with luggages. And also I am not sure for a non busy season, why she put us into a room next to the front door, the whole night just non stop people checking in, walking with luggage noise, open doors after midnight. sound insulation is quite bad. If I have to say 2 good things about it, the heater is very hot, the wooden decorations are nice.

Signage posted in every bathroom letting you know they will charge you for washcloths and towels if short or stained when you check out. We did not even have the 4 washcloths they claimed to have left for us to use, nor did our adjoining room! A/C did not work in 1 of our 2 rooms. Front desk said, sorry! It was so hot in the room we had to open a window, on ground floor so did not feel safe doing that. The footstool in 1 of our rooms had a wheel broken off of it yet they stuck the wheel under the stool anyway, the hall had a huge rip in the wallpaper just off the lobby. First impressions had me scared as to what we were going to find. The rooms were ok, I would not stay again.
