When we arrived after 10pm they gave us a second floor room, but stairs can be difficult we were given a first floor room immediately. There were still a few stairs, but half a flight is no problem. And the gym was great! My husband loves a stationary bike and used theirs upon arrival and loved it so much he went down and used it again before we left.
