This property worked great for our party of 4 adults and two children. We very much enjoyed the accommodations. Our granddaughter slept on the Murphy bed and our grandson slept on the couch. We loved the proximity to Little Italy and Jean Talon Market. A little handyman maintenance work is needed… the shower attachment in the front hall bathroom works but leaks at the connection point. We tended to use the St Hubert entrance stairs, but there’s an LED ceiling light that should be replaced, it’s flickering like a strobe light. The garbage cans and all cardboard trash is pretty unsightly on the St Andre entrance side. Although it was nice to have the parking garage right there across the street. Due to it raining all weekend we didn’t get to use the rooftop deck. I was saddened to see such a beautiful historic city so defaced by all the graffiti and tagging in the Little Italy area as well as downtown Montréal. It’s a shame that nothing is done about it. It seemed much cleaner and nicer near the Olympic stadium and surrounding neighborhoods.Overall we thought apartment was pretty nice and we would stay there again on a return trip.
